Burger Zone NY (Exclusive)

Burger Zone NYWe know it’s the middle of the 9 days, but Koshertopia is happy to share that Burger Zone, located at 1830 2nd Avenue (Between 94th & 95th Streets) will re-open under new ownership next week. The restaurant will be glatt kosher, under the supervision of the Vaad HaKashrus of Flatbush. The Burger Zone will offer a wide selection of  burgers, chicken, salad, sliders, wings and a full delicatessen.

Hummus Kitchen (on 9th Avenue) No Longer Under Supervision

Koshertopia has confirmed the Hummus Kitchen on 9th Ave (768 9th Ave.) is no longer under the Supervison of United Kosher Supervision (UKS). The Manager, Maor, reported to Koshertopia that indeed the meat that is being used is certified glatt, but the restaurant does not have supervision.

 Hummus Kitchen on the Upper East Side remains kosher dairy under the UKS.
