When Koshertopia announced the opening of Cafe 11 in July, many members found it odd that the establishment was supervised by the Star-K yet housed in the same building as the OU.
That has now changed with the official switch (last week?) to the OU.

Little Lad’s, Big Problem
Monday, September 14th, 2009Little Lad’s, a vegetarian joint located in the financial district, will no longer be under kosher supervision as of next week, August 24th. Neither the factory in Maine nor the restaurant will be supervised.
According to one of the supervising rabbis, the reason for dropping the supervision is because, “The commitment to supervision was too time-consuming for both rabbis.”
Yolato Gelato Loses its Hashgachah
