Koshertopia has confirmed that The Juice Press located at 70 East 1st Street (Between 1st & 2nd Ave.) has opened under the supervision of the International Kosher Council (IKC). The Juice Press offers fresh juices and smoothies that are 100% organic, 99% vegan, raw and contain no soy. Smoothies can be made from a wide variety of natural ingredients including agave, yacon, stevia, or maple syrup sweetners, homemade hemp, almond, cashew and walnut milks. Raw salads and snacks to begin being served in August.
