Koshertopia has confirmed that Saravanaa Bhavan at 413 Amsterdam Ave (Between 79th and 80th St.) has opened under the Supervision of Rabbi Andre Malek. The vegan Indian restaurant is known for the many varieties of South Indian deliveries.

Shalom Bombay (Teaneck) Closing

Shalom Bombay TeaneckThe original Shalom Bombay is closing its door permanently this coming Sunday. New Jersey residents will have to come over the bridge to enjoy their Indian. Management shared with us that catering in NJ will still be offered via the Manhattan location.

Shalom Bombay Re-Opens

Koshertopia has confirmed that after a brief closing, Shalom Bombay in Manhattan has re-opened for business as normal. As an added bonus to the many lunch goers they are now offering an expanded lunch buffet.
