My Most Favorite food has officially opened it’s new location at 247 West 72nd Street. The original location on 45th St. closed it doors permanently after over a decade of business. Many Broadway show goers will miss their pre/post dinners and the 45th Street location.

Turquoise Closing?
Wednesday, October 28th, 2009It seems that the latest addition to the Upper East Side Kosher eateries, Turquoise Seafood Restaurant, is set to close. It is unclear the final date, but the OU has removed their hashgachah effective immediately.
Additionally, if you call the Turqousie number, the message says that they are closed for “re-organization.” As history has shown us, the words reorganization and renovation seem to mean that the restaurant will close.
In this case it can also mean that they will revert back to a non-kosher seafood restaurant.
