At Koshertopia it has always been our mission to bring the best Kosher information and Content to our readers, and today with the launch of “Behind The Food” we aim to do the same with video. At Koshertopia we have seen that the quality of Kosher food has been going up the last few years, but why? Who are the chefs, restauranteurs, and entrepreneurs who are devoted to making Kosher food not just “good enough”, but really great! Koshertopia has found some of the leaders and innovators in Kosher dining, and will be sitting down with them to get their stories.
