Chop Chop is relatively new to the restaurant game, but already they have set high standards for themselves. They offer great Chinese dishes that are very reasonably priced, and also have a great sushi bar with many Yeshiva University inspired rolls. Their quick service and great food make them a great option anytime you find yourself in Washington Heights.

I have to disagree with the last review. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at Chop Chop, and it is refreshing to have delicious options on the menu besides General Tso's chicken. Fantastic Udon noodles.

SURLY MANAGEMENT, ATROCIOUS FOOD! We made the mistake of having a family get-together here. Management (the short fat guy with the kipah) was intolerably rude & refused to apologize even when it was pointed out to him that several in the party were old & infirm & could not easily comply with his order to move when we wanted to sit together. (Apparently the concept of the customer always being right was not one he was familiar with.) The beef we ordered was rubbery, stale, & foul-smelling. After a promising start, this place is going downhill fast. Clearly, the management of Chop Chop no longer care about providing courteous service or fresh, quality meat. Stay away from this dive!

Chop Chop is was very delicious and the staff is really helpful. The sushi was really yummy and they have really interesting rolls I have not seen other places. Highly recommend this restaurant!
