This is probably the best Kosher dairy restaurant in Manhattan. The breakfast is really, really good! I come there every so often, and always the service is great. They make really good pancakes and milkshakes. And they have a great selection of different kinds of coffee and other hot drinks. Another thing I really like about the restaurant is that it's in a terrific location, right in the center of Manhattan, on 34th Street.

The portions are generous, pleasantly presented, and quite tasty. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The dining area is large and comfortable, well lit, with lively music and big, cushy chairs - but not at all pretentious; I was perfectly comfortable and made welcome when stopping in after a bicycle ride. The prices are reasonable, especially for midtown. Being open 24 hours (excepting Shabbos) and being nearby to Penn Station, Port Authority, & Grand Central makes Tiberias a great stop for weary travelers. It's also great for a bite after a show or a night out before going home. Be sure to try one of their milkshakes!

Very friendly managment & wait staff; they appear to value your business. The pasta portions were extremely generous & quite tasty. Pleasant, clean interior, without being fancy. This is a good, less expensive alternative to some of the pricier pasta & fish places further uptown.
